1. The Service

RSS Feed Center is a directory and data service for RSS/Atom/JSON feeds, organized by geography and topic. We monitor feeds for availability and activity, and offer free browsing plus paid membership features including search/query tools, exports, merged and filtered feeds, hosted endpoints, and change alerts.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for a single person unless your plan includes additional seats. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Third-Party Content

The directory lists and links to feeds and websites owned by third parties. Feed content — headlines, excerpts, images, and the feeds themselves — belongs to its publishers and is displayed for identification, discovery, and interoperability purposes. We do not endorse, control, or guarantee any third-party content, and links do not imply affiliation.

Publishers: if you own a listed website or feed and want your listing corrected, updated, or removed, use the contact page. Removal and suppression requests are honored. Copyright concerns: see §12.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-harvest, or systematically copy the directory, its pages, or its data, whether manually or by automation, except through features your plan includes
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, metering, or gated features
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly republish the database or any substantial portion of it (see §5 for what your plan does allow)
• Use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications, or to harm the operation of any listed website
• Submit sites or feeds you know to be malicious, deceptive, or unlawful
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access for violations, with or without notice depending on severity.

5. Your License to the Data

Subject to your plan and these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use directory data you access or export within your own projects and business — including websites you operate and client work product. You may not resell the data as data, offer a competing directory or dataset built from it, or share exports beyond your organization and clients. Feed URLs themselves are public facts; this license concerns our compiled database, enrichment, classifications, and outputs. This license ends when your subscription ends, except that outputs already lawfully incorporated into your projects may remain.

6. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

• Checkout, billing, and subscription management are handled by our third-party payment provider [PAYMENT PROVIDER — TO BE SELECTED] and its processors. Their terms apply to payment processing.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time; paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply at your next renewal.
• Hosted endpoints after cancellation: merged/filtered feed endpoints stop being served 14 days after your subscription ends.

7. Hosted & Derived Feeds (Service Level)

Merged and filtered feeds, JSON endpoints, and widgets are provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee. If an upstream feed fails, we may continue serving recently cached items, mark the source degraded, and notify you. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or conduct of upstream publishers. Do not use hosted endpoints for safety-critical or time-critical applications.

8. Submissions

• Anyone may submit a website or feed for listing, free of charge, via the submission form. Submission grants us the right to crawl, evaluate, list, and monitor the submitted site's public feeds.
• Inclusion is at our sole discretion and is determined by our quality standards. Payment never buys inclusion.
• Expedited review is a paid option that buys a faster evaluation, not a listing. If an expedited submission is rejected, we retain an evaluation fee of $10 and refund the remainder, and you may request one free re-evaluation within 30 days after making fixes.

9. Sponsored Placement

• Sponsored ("Featured") placements are clearly labeled, limited per page, and available only for sites already listed in the directory.
• Creative is subject to our approval. If we reject creative and no revision is agreed, we refund the placement fee.
• Sponsorship buys placement and visibility on the Service. It does not buy inclusion, ranking in organic listings, endorsement, or any search-engine outcome. Sponsored links carry rel="sponsored" attributes.
• Placements run for the purchased term and renew per your selection at checkout. We may relocate or refund a placement if the underlying page changes materially.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its software, design, compiled database, classifications, health history, and original content — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law, including database and compilation rights. Third-party marks and content belong to their owners. You may link to any public page.

11. Feedback

If you send ideas or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

12. Copyright / DMCA

We respect copyright and expect the same of users. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice per the DMCA to our designated agent: [DMCA AGENT NAME AND ADDRESS — coming soon here], or via rssfeedcenter.com/contact. Include: identification of the work, the infringing material's URL, your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature. We will respond promptly, including removal where appropriate and termination of repeat infringers.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. FEED HEALTH DATA REFLECTS OUR AUTOMATED OBSERVATIONS AT CHECK TIME AND MAY BE WRONG OR OUT OF DATE. WE DO NOT WARRANT ANY BUSINESS OUTCOME, INCLUDING ANY SEARCH-ENGINE RANKING OUTCOME.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; these apply to the fullest extent permitted.

15. Indemnification

You will defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or data in violation of these Terms or of law, including your use of exported data in your own projects and outreach.

16. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or risk to the Service or other users. Sections 5 (tail license), 10, and 12–17 survive termination.

17. General

• Governing law and venue: the laws of the State of ARIZONA, USA, without regard to conflict rules; exclusive venue in the state or federal courts located in Gila, AZ.
• Changes: we may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or site notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
• Entire agreement; severability; no waiver; assignment — standard provisions apply: these Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Service; if a provision is unenforceable the remainder stands; failure to enforce is not waiver; you may not assign these Terms without our consent, we may assign in connection with a business transfer.
